About the Role
The Manager, Operational Workforce Planning leads NSWPF operational workforce planning capability by aligning workforce supply with demand, combining data-driven analysis with command partnership and feedback to achieve optimized workforce allocation and best practice. This role offers a hybrid work environment with a supportive team, contributing to a safer New South Wales through high-profile initiatives.

Requirements

- Be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
