About the Role
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Glens Falls, NY.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
- Operate imaging equipment safely and accurately
- Minimize radiation exposure using protective techniques
- Ensure patient comfort and address concerns during procedures
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers
- Document procedures and update patient records
- Follow strict safety and regulatory protocols
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ of current X-Ray experience
- Active NYS license & ARRT(R)
- Must have active NYS license at time of submission
- EPIC EMR experience is required
- Experience with level 1 trauma hospitals is strongly preferred
- Previous/Current travel experience strongly preferred
- Current NY State Rad Tech License is required
- Active ARRT (BR) is required
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
