About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Client Partner to drive growth by leading the acquisition and development of enterprise accounts. This strategic, client-facing role involves defining and delivering high-impact Data & AI programs for recognized organizations, owning the full sales cycle, and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition and development of enterprise accounts.
- Define and deliver high-impact Data & AI programs.
- Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation through negotiation and contracting.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Transformation Directors, and business leaders.
- Identify opportunities, shape propositions, and create commercially robust solutions.
- Refine go-to-market strategy.
- Develop propositions and influence commercial direction.
- Establish foundations for future growth.
- Work alongside Delivery and Pre-Sales teams to develop outcome-based consulting engagements.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of commercial strategy, propositions, and future go-to-market capability.
Requirements
- A background selling consulting services, with a strong understanding of how consulting engagements are scoped, sold, and delivered.
- At least eight years' experience selling complex services into large enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees or £500m+ revenue).
- A proven track record of winning new enterprise clients, opening new logos, and growing strategic accounts.
- Experience leading the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation through to negotiation, contracting, and successful handover into delivery.
- Strong relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Transformation Directors, Programme Directors, and executive leadership teams.
- A demonstrable history of closing complex, multi-workstream consulting engagements.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies, propositions, and commercial approaches, rather than solely selling established offerings.
- Existing enterprise relationships within one or more of our target sectors that can be leveraged from day one.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience shaping pricing, proposals, and commercially viable solutions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
