About the Role

Join a high-caliber founding team in Berlin building an AI-native operations platform for private markets. You will own the interface where operations teams interact with autonomous AI agents, shaping the design system, human-in-the-loop UX, and exception-handling flows to ensure agent output is trustworthy and actionable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the design system and UX patterns using React and TypeScript
• Create interfaces connecting operations users to AI agents and data sources like ERPs and banking systems
• Build human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving, and acting on AI agent outputs
• Implement review and approval screens for complex operational workflows
• Conduct user research to identify operational pain points and translate them into product features
• Collaborate with the founding team to evolve the product roadmap and UX strategy

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in modern frontend development
• Experience designing and implementing design systems and reusable UI components
• Experience building human-in-the-loop UX for AI/ML workflows
• Ability to design review, approval, and exception-handling flows for complex interfaces
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Eligible to work in Germany without employer visa sponsorship
