About the Role

This role is part of a structured 3-year Investment Analyst Program designed to provide hands-on experience in the Originations business, assisting investment professionals in analyzing and securing loans. The program covers all phases of evaluating new investment opportunities, including cash flow modeling, property valuation, sensitivity analysis, market research, and credit analysis, as well as managing deals through the due diligence and closing process.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and underwrite commercial real estate debt investment opportunities across all property types, structures, risk profiles, and geographies.
  • Analyze economic, market, legal and political conditions within an investment’s geography.
  • Create cash flow models, Argus models, sensitivity tables, rent roll analysis, waterfall models, and other financial analysis required to evaluate, pursue, and close debt investment opportunities.
  • Assist senior professionals in leading the due diligence and closing processes for originations in conjunction with the portfolio management team.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration (Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship).
