About the Role

CLA is seeking a Data Analyst Senior to leverage the Microsoft Power Platform, R, or Python for data analysis and visualization. This role involves cleaning data, supporting data access, developing custom data models and algorithms, and potentially leading others. The Senior Data Analyst will gain service-specific knowledge, assess data gathering techniques, develop predictive analytics, and collaborate virtually with leadership and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Develop service-specific knowledge through exposure to peers, experts, clients, self-study, and training.
Gain exposure to various client situations to develop business skills.
Retain knowledge and performance feedback for future work.
Approach problems and projects with professionalism, objectivity, and an open mind.
Participate in data collection and analysis using various data tools.
Support the building and implementation of solutions for external clients and internal projects.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and gathering techniques.
Develop custom data models and algorithms under guidance.
Develop predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques.
Monitor and analyze solution performance and accuracy using existing processes and tools.
Communicate findings to team members.
Work individually and collaboratively.
Interact virtually with leadership and colleagues from other offices.
Serve as primary contact with clients or business leaders on internal projects.
Take on administrative tasks.
Perform support roles.
Get involved in new business development.

Requirements

Four (4) years of experience in data analytics, public accounting, financial consulting, computer science or related field required.
Five years of experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
