About the Role

Regeneron is seeking a Cleaning Operations Supervisor to provide leadership and direction to the Manufacturing Cleaning Technician team, overseeing microbial control in clean room environments. This role involves planning and managing cleaning operations, driving regulatory compliance, and supporting environmental investigations, while collaborating with key departments. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing, science-driven organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of clean room cleaning operations, including planning, scheduling, and providing work direction to the Manufacturing Cleaning Technician team to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Monitor cleaning schedules, progress, data, and work quality; implement the latest clean room technologies by staying current on industry trends.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and provide support for environmental excursion investigations.
  • Monitor liquid and solid waste disposal programs to ensure proper handling and disposal.
  • Partner with Procurement to manage and maintain vendor contracts in alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and implement department policies and procedures; ensure effective administration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support Manufacturing during regulatory inspections; provide input on long-term planning for processes, staffing, and budget.
  • Perform personnel management functions including annual performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant cGMP experience.
  • BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Full cleanroom attire required (including laundered undergarments, gown, facemask, hairnet, safety glasses, safety shoes and booties, latex gloves and the use of sanitizing agents during gowning process including IPA).
  • Ability to remove jewelry, make-up and nail adornments when wearing cleanroom attire.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements for entirety of shift (up to 10 hours) in a clean room environment.
  • Physical requirements can include bending, climbing, crawling, kneeling, reaching, reaching overhead, sitting, squatting, walking, standing, driving, hand manipulation and ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lb.

Skills

  • Clean room operations experience
  • Environmental monitoring experience
  • Manufacturing cleaning experience in a regulated biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical environment preferred
  • Familiarity with microbial control programs
  • Familiarity with waste disposal regulations
  • Familiarity with environmental monitoring practices
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience including scheduling, performance management, and team development

Salary/Compensations

  • $77,600.00 - $126,800.00
