About the Role

Grant Thornton's graduate program is designed to provide guidance, resources, and real-world experience for career growth. It offers structured development, financial and study leave support for CA qualification, and mentorship from a Manager and Partner. Graduates will gain exposure to leading professionals and clients, with opportunities for national and international secondments. Requirements

On track to complete studies by mid-2027 or have completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last two years.
Australian or New Zealand Citizen, a Permanent Resident of Australia, or a visa-holder (subject to conditions).
International students studying at an Australian tertiary institution with a 485 or 500 visa type are invited to complete an Expression of Interest.
Demonstrate full-time working rights in Australia at the time of application.
