Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of new services in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Coordinate, distribute, and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
  • Develop relationships and penetrate organizational structures beyond main points of contact.
  • Ensure Crane Worldwide offices understand and execute SOPs.
  • Maintain rates and assess yields monthly.
  • Monitor accounts for timely payments and assist with collections.
  • Set up internal reports to monitor performance against critical milestones.
  • Immediately communicate issues or exceptions to Operations.
  • Enter meeting notes, action items, complaints, and compliments into CRM and distribute globally.
  • Assign corrective actions to issues/complaints and follow up on effectiveness.
  • Manage and lead business reviews with a quarterly review cycle minimum.
  • Engage Sales and Operations in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Travel within the region to visit accounts and offices to review procedures and maintain customer information.
  • Update the status of business opportunities.
  • Continuously focus on penetrating other business areas for additional support and opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Understand account business strategy, objectives, risks, and constraints to provide solutions.
  • Continuously pursue and implement efficiency and cost reduction measures.
  • Provide accounts with market updates and educational support.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to secure them with internal resources.
  • Create a business development plan with short- and long-term objectives, initiatives, and quantified value-added contributions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ experience in the industry or a related service industry.
  • Minimum one-year operational experience in the service(s) the account utilizes.
  • Good analytical and program management skills.
  • Ability to define, develop, and document business processes and procedures.
  • Professional certification may be required in some areas.
