About the Role
Drive new business growth by acquiring strategic multinational customers in global markets. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing complex logistics opportunities across air, ocean, and integrated supply chain solutions, managing large-scale, multi-region sales opportunities and collaborating across teams for competitive global solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate new global business revenue from multinational customers across the Aerospace & Defence sectors
- Develop and manage strategic global sales opportunities
- Build strong international customer relationships
- Support global market expansion initiatives
- Identify and pursue multinational customers requiring multi-region logistics solutions
- Develop targeted global account acquisition strategies
- Lead prospect engagement across multiple geographic markets
- Convert qualified opportunities into long-term global partnerships
- Lead complex global RFQ/RFP opportunities
- Coordinate cross-regional solution design with internal stakeholders
- Develop commercially competitive proposals aligned with profitability targets
- Negotiate commercial agreements with senior decision-makers
- Partner with regional sales, product, and operations teams globally
- Ensure successful transition of won business into implementation teams
- Share market intelligence and customer insights across regions
- Maintain accurate global opportunity tracking and forecasting
- Ensure disciplined CRM reporting
- Deliver performance against defined revenue and margin objectives
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of sales or business development experience within freight forwarding or logistics
- Experience managing complex or multinational sales opportunities
- Strong understanding of global airfreight, ocean freight, and integrated logistics solutions
- Demonstrated success achieving revenue targets
- Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills
- Commercially driven, globally minded, and comfortable managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and regions
- Demonstrate strong ownership, resilience, and a consistent focus on delivering measurable growth
