About the Role

Manage key processes and administrative activities across people operations, organizational excellence, and office management. Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and performance review processes, manage team events, and oversee day-to-day office operations. Ensure clarity, structure, and strong communication in all people, business process, and office-related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support system administration and tool management, including Wrenly.
  • Track and manage team inventory and office supplies.
  • Order drinks, snacks, and office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Manage the team birthday calendar and other recurring organizational tasks.
  • Handle administrative and compliance basics, including vacation tracking and time off requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Business Process Manager.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Support the organization and execution of team events.
  • Plan, run, and evaluate internal surveys and act on findings.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration, quality management, psychology, human resources, or a related field, OR completed vocational training as a management assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of recurring processes and small projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Interest in people operations, office management, organizational development, operational excellence, and team dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with various stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Solution-oriented approach with the ability to ask relevant questions and drive progress.
  • Availability of a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
