About the Role
This role involves full-cycle sales for a technical infrastructure product, targeting senior technical buyers like CTOs, CISOs, or Heads of AI. You will manage high inbound volume, prospect, build pipeline, run discovery and POCs, navigate security reviews and procurement, close deals, and expand accounts. Additionally, you will help build the early sales motion, including qualification, forecasting, and deal reviews, reporting directly to the CEO. The role offers opportunities for growth into larger enterprise deals and sales leadership.

Requirements
- Owned full-cycle sales for technical infrastructure or security products
- Sold to AI, security, or engineering buyers
- Closed deals in the mid-six figures and up
- Consistently beaten sales targets
- Build pipeline from zero
- Sourced and created opportunities
- Built an early sales motion (playbook, qualification, forecasting, deal inspection)
- Trained in a sales methodology (MEDDIC preferred)
- Applied sales methodology with rigor
- Sold in enterprise or regulated environments
- Experience with security review, procurement, legal, and multi-threading
- Ability to raise the bar for colleagues
- Desire to sell and do meaningful work without a big title
- AI-native or ability to become knowledgeable quickly
- Ability to speak credibly about AI infrastructure, MCP, and agents
- Ability to move fast without extensive process
- Preference for building playbooks over inheriting them
- Security, dev-tools, or infrastructure background (nice to have)
- Founding GTM or first-sales-hire experience that grew into a team (nice to have)
- Comfort representing the company at conferences, dinners, and meetings (nice to have)
- Experience with social selling on LinkedIn or using intent signals for prospecting (nice to have)
