Requirements

FRCSC, FRCS (Tr & Orth), or equivalent recognized Tier-1 Western Board Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery.
At least 7 years of post-registration surgical experience.
Documented case log demonstrating mastery in joint replacement or arthroscopic procedures.
Strong clinical command.
Fluency in English.
Operational adaptability to lead an international surgical team.
