About the Role
AECOM Advisory is seeking outstanding graduates to support capital investment programmes, transformation projects, and asset enhancement initiatives. This role offers exposure to high-profile clients and the opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects, contributing to a sustainable legacy.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through different teams within advisory to gain hands-on experience.
- Work within a multidisciplinary environment to broaden knowledge and network.
- Support business development, from creating opportunities to collaborating on pursuits.
- Engage with a global network of colleagues for learning and collaboration.
Requirements
- Demonstrate critical thinking, including questioning, acknowledging information, recognizing ambiguity, and challenging assumptions.
- Show ability in information analysis, gathering diverse sources, and applying analytical approaches for informed judgments.
- Exhibit creativity in designing and implementing strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Possess initiative with a proactive mindset and a strong interest in problem-solving to enhance business strategy and operations.
- Have a solid grasp of fundamental business concepts such as finance, marketing, and operations.
- Possess strong communication skills, producing high-quality written and verbal outputs, including storytelling techniques.
- Must have permanent right to work in the UK and/or Ireland; visa sponsorship is not offered.
- Required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding as a condition of employment.
