Deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, guests, and visitors by creating memorable first impressions and providing seamless concierge-style service. Coordinate meeting spaces, support workplace services and events, ensuring professional, efficient, and engaging interactions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging front-of-house experience.
- Welcome employees, visitors, contractors, and VIP guests.
- Manage visitor registrations, access passes, and security procedures.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, workplace bookings, and event logistics.
- Support locker, storage, and workplace service requests.
- Liaise with vendors, building management, and workplace stakeholders.
- Conduct workplace floor inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Coordinate visitor and employee communications.
- Support workplace events and special activities as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate reception, concierge, hospitality, hotel, airline, or customer service roles.
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident multitasking and managing competing priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills and confidence working with workplace systems.
- Completion of Higher School Certificate.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
