About the Role

Deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, guests, and visitors by creating memorable first impressions and providing seamless concierge-style service. Coordinate meeting spaces, support workplace services and events, ensuring professional, efficient, and engaging interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and engaging front-of-house experience.
  • Welcome employees, visitors, contractors, and VIP guests.
  • Manage visitor registrations, access passes, and security procedures.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, workplace bookings, and event logistics.
  • Support locker, storage, and workplace service requests.
  • Liaise with vendors, building management, and workplace stakeholders.
  • Conduct workplace floor inspections and report maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate visitor and employee communications.
  • Support workplace events and special activities as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate reception, concierge, hospitality, hotel, airline, or customer service roles.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident multitasking and managing competing priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong computer skills and confidence working with workplace systems.
  • Completion of Higher School Certificate.
  • Eligible to work in Australia.
