About the Role

This is a short-term, 2-week project in August for a Field Service Technician to perform retail hardware deployments across Central Texas. The role involves traveling to assigned stores to upgrade payment devices, manage cabling, and test functionality.

Responsibilities

• Replace legacy PIN pads with M450 devices
• Route, secure, and clean up cabling
• Test and validate device functionality with store leadership
• Complete verification forms and upload documentation
• Capture required photos at each register

Requirements

• PC Technician or Field Service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Cable management experience preferred
• Must pass a 7-year lived background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel throughout the Central Texas region
