About the Role
We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to support a major platform transformation. You'll join a team modernizing a core solution, moving from a legacy environment to a cloud-first architecture on Azure. This role is focused on building and scaling the platform that underpins our applications, designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, delivering infrastructure as code, and enabling developers to deploy and operate systems more efficiently and reliably. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, with a primary focus on automation, infrastructure, and deployment processes. You’ll be joining at a point where the DevOps foundations are still evolving, offering a real opportunity to shape standards, tooling, and ways of working.

- Enable developers to deploy and operate systems more efficiently and reliably
- Shape standards, tooling, and ways of working
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform essential)
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS also considered)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Scripting or coding experience (Python, PowerShell or similar)
- Understanding of security, compliance, and deployment practices
- Comfortable working across infrastructure and development teams
- Experience supporting .NET or web based applications
- Exposure to hybrid or enterprise environments (cloud and on-prem)
- Experience with release strategies such as blue green or canary deployments
- Exposure to financial services or data platforms
- Experience with modern cloud architecture patterns
- Must have Green Card or US citizenship if applying in the US
- Required to attend an in-person interview during the hiring process
