About the Role
Our client is growing their Help Desk team and is looking for a reliable, customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting end users in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, clear communication, and making a visible impact on day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows devices, PCs, printers, and user applications
- Apply basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) during issue resolution
- Triage, prioritize, and escalate high-impact incidents appropriately
- Partner with leadership on process improvements and documentation
- Assist with small technical projects as needed
- Translate complex technical issues into clear, easy-to-understand guidance for end users
Requirements
- 1+ year of Help Desk or Service Desk experience
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to clearly explain solutions to non-technical users
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Professional, customer-first communication style
- Ability to meet performance metrics, including weekly attendance and productivity reporting
