About the Role
The Dwelling Group seeks licensed Texas real estate agents to build an apartment locating business. This role is ideal for agents who enjoy working with renters, communicate effectively, and desire a flexible commission-based income through apartment placements.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with renters to understand their needs and identify suitable apartment communities.
- Communicate with apartment properties.
- Track client progress and provide support throughout the leasing process.
- Follow up consistently with clients and properties.
Requirements
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Basic comfort with technology and digital tools
- Based in Austin
- Comfortable using CRM tools, property search tools, email, text, and social media
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries
- Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
- Sales, leasing, customer service, or real estate experience
