About the Role
Power Tee is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to manage rotational maintenance and service calls for approximately 30 accounts across the Northeastern U.S. The role involves system training, equipment repair, and assisting with new installations.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned territory to maintain and service accounts
- Repair control panels and ball engines using drills, soldering irons, wrenches, and screwdrivers
- Coordinate with the home office to plan and execute service calls
- Educate customers on proper equipment maintenance
- Perform routine inspections and check-ups
- Maintain detailed maintenance and repair logs
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection logs
- Maintain customer service visit logs
- Assist with the installation and replacement of equipment
Requirements
- Willingness to regularly travel within the territory
- Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment
- Experience with soldering and simple wiring
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to pull a trailer
