About the Role

Royal Tent is a leader in premium tent engineering, delivering products renowned for their exceptional strength, visual appeal, and setup flexibility. We are seeking a creative and detail-orientated Graphic Designer to join our team in Toronto, Canada. This role is key in shaping our visual identity across all marketing and communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print catalogues, brochures, social media graphics, and online advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute visual concepts for product launches, campaigns, and promotional events.
• Ensure all visual content is on-brand, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Create engaging graphics for our company website, email newsletters, and other digital assets.
• Manage photo and video assets, including editing and retouching product photography to a high professional standard.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to help drive our brand forward.
• Organize and maintain a library of design assets for easy access and future use.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity.
• A keen eye for detail, with excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience designing for a product-based company is highly desirable.
