About the Role

As a working student in Sales, you will be a vital part of our Sales Engine, learning modern consultative sales and supporting our consultants. You will often be the first point of contact for interested individuals, representing Talentspring externally and ensuring smooth internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Contact interested individuals (phone/digital) to answer initial questions and assess fit with our offerings.
• Qualify applicants based on clear criteria for our courses and funding (e.g., Bildungsgutschein).
• Manage the applicant process from initial inquiry to handover to senior consultants, ensuring no information is lost.
• Maintain our CRM system and learn to manage digital sales pipelines effectively.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, communication with employment agencies, and research into new sales potentials.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university.
• Enjoy interacting with people, comfortable with phone calls, and able to empathize with different conversation partners.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
• Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
• Excellent written and spoken German (C2/native level).
