About the Role

The Shift Lead keeps the atmosphere upbeat and the sweets coming by overseeing and helping the bakery operations when the manager is not present. Every day is delicious and satisfying. As part of this successful and growing brand, there is no shortage of opportunities for promotion. The Shift Lead will be trained in all positions in the bakery including baking, frosting, delivery, customer service, events, and marketing to allow for potential promotions to assistant manager or manager if desired.

Responsibilities

Oversee and assist bakery operations in the manager's absence
Train in all bakery positions including baking, frosting, delivery, customer service, events, and marketing

Requirements

Must be available for full day shifts (9am - 6/7pm)
Must be available for half day shifts (9am - 2pm and 2pm - 6/7pm)
