About the Role

Responsibilities

• Stage and configure Android and Apple mobility devices so they’re ready for customer use.
• Work with experienced team members to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes for customers.
• Prepare IT equipment such as routers, switches and wireless technology.
• Learn how service requests and incidents are managed in a real technology environment.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance as a condition of employment.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with mobile devices, IT equipment, tools and enterprise technology.
• Ability to learn, ask questions and build confidence in an IT operations setting.
• Ability to prepare equipment correctly.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
