About the Role

AnyMind Group is seeking an AI Builder to redefine business operations across 15 countries in Asia through AI, leading global expansion. This role involves implementing and deploying AI solutions across business operations and product lines, with a focus on transforming business impact by AI-agentizing operations, ensuring output accuracy, quality, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Redefine business operations in marketing, EC, logistics, and DX using AI to shift human resources to strategic and creative areas.
• Standardize global business foundations by consolidating and integrating business knowledge and operations across 15 Asian countries and regions using AI.
• Continuously expand product value by deploying AI solutions proven in business operations into proprietary product lines.
• Organize business processes within assigned domains (marketing, EC, logistics, DX, etc.) and design/implement them as AI agents.
• Establish verification processes to maximize the reliability of AI agent outputs, lead the design of quality standards and safety guardrails, and bear final quality responsibility for delivered results.
• Verify the effectiveness of agentized operations and lead their rollout to other businesses and countries.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and business units to drive the entire process from requirement definition to post-implementation operational improvement.

Requirements

• Deep understanding and structuring of on-site business processes within a specific business domain.
• Ability to verify AI output accuracy and make decisions with accountability for quality and results.
• Logical thinking and business communication skills to structure issues and drive progress in collaboration with both business and development sides.
• Experience in prompt engineering and similar design for task automation using LLMs.
• Practical experience in AI utilization and task automation in areas such as marketing, EC, advertising operations, logistics, or DX.
• Product planning and growth experience in corporate or SaaS companies.
• Communication experience in an English-speaking environment.
