About the Role
Support a major AI-focused research project within the University of Sydney Business School, contributing to the smooth delivery of project activities through coordination of meetings, stakeholder engagement, research administration, and data management.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including inbox and correspondence management.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with research administration and research data management activities.
- Support the day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of the research project.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, executive support, or project support role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment.
- Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of all pre-employment or background checks.
- Must declare if investigated for, or found to have engaged in, sexual harm or gender-based violence in the course of previous employment or in a legal process.
