About the Role

This role supports the administration of fiduciary accounts, ensuring adherence to governing documents, applicable laws, and organizational policies. The Trust Administrator works closely with senior team members to manage client accounts, address client needs, and support a consistent and compliant client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the administration of trust accounts in accordance with governing documents, applicable laws, and organizational policies, ensuring alignment with fiduciary standards.
  • Reviews documents and account activity for accuracy and completeness, monitors transactions, and submits actions for approval as appropriate.
  • Responds to client, beneficiary, and advisor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution of routine requests.
  • Ensures adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Partners with senior team members to address client issues, including distribution requests, fee inquiries, and account-related matters.
  • Assists with account openings and closings, ensuring proper documentation, asset transfers, and accurate setup of account and tax reporting information.
  • Works closely with internal teams and senior administrators to support account management and client service delivery.
  • Participates in initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery to clients.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to new tasks or shifts in priorities as necessary to support your team’s and the company’s mission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trust administration, financial services, or a related client service role.

Skills

  • Basic understanding of trust administration principles and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Ability to review documentation and monitor account activity with accuracy.
  • Ability to support client and partner needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Understanding of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Builds positive relationships with clients and internal partners.
  • Identifies issues and supports resolution with guidance from senior team members.
  • Works effectively within a team environment.
  • Responds effectively to changing priorities and client needs.
  • Demonstrates willingness to develop fiduciary and technical expertise.

Salary/Compensations

  • The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
