About the Role

Kyndryl's Contracts & Negotiations (C&N) team is seeking a contracts professional to negotiate and manage IT agreements, ranging from multi-million dollar outsourcing deals to amendments and strategic advisory. This role involves collaborating across functions, leading projects, and providing legal, commercial, and contract guidance to ensure account profitability and success. The initial focus will be on managing existing accounts and deals, with a trajectory towards more complex deal-making.

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex services agreements
Assisting with the development of responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)
Identifying and mitigating legal, technical, and business issues and risks
Assisting with the resolution of contract-related disputes and contractual matters
Coordinating with other company functions (e.g., Legal, Risk, Tax and Accounting) to ensure compliance with company policies
Providing general advice and counsel to account teams and opportunity owners on legal, technical, and financial matters pertaining to contracts and transactions
