About the Role
This role is at the intersection of marketing intelligence, credit strategy, and customer experience, focused on building data products to reach the right customers with the right offer at the right time. You will own a portfolio including the Customer Data Platform, AI and agentic marketing tools, and the partner ecosystem for offer delivery. This is a high-impact role for individuals who thrive where marketing data, lending strategy, and customer engagement converge.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for marketing data products and Customer Data Platform (CDP) from discovery through delivery and performance measurement.
- Drive the vision for AI and agentic solutions for smarter marketing insights, including automated decisioning, personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Work closely with credit strategy, marketing, and engineering to translate analytical insights into customer-facing product capabilities.
- Manage and grow the external partner ecosystem for data exchange with credit bureaus, referral partner networks, and martech/adtech platforms.
- Write clear product requirements with well-defined acceptance criteria, using data and AI tools for prioritization.
- Serve as the product voice for business stakeholders, translating priorities into roadmap decisions and aligning teams on progress and tradeoffs.
- Lead program increment (PI) planning for the product area, breaking initiatives into deliverables and aligning quarterly objectives.
- Prioritize ruthlessly based on business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic fit, remaining hands-on through execution to remove blockers.
- Participate actively in scrum ceremonies as a day-to-day partner to engineering, driving accountability and momentum.
- Provide oversight for prioritization, delivery execution, and realization of planned business outcomes.
- Track product performance across the offer lifecycle and use learnings to improve strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- Own product areas end-to-end, from strategy through execution.
- Comfortable with data and analytics, translating complex model outputs into actionable product decisions.
- Build trust with stakeholders across the company through sound judgment and follow-through.
- Balance speed, quality, compliance, and long-term thinking.
- Utilize AI tools in daily work for requirements analysis, product discovery, and research.
- Understand how AI and ML fit into credit and marketing decisions, including limitations and regulatory context.
- Curious about how data, AI, and partner ecosystems can enhance customer engagement.
