About the Role

Visa is seeking versatile, curious, and energetic Software Engineers to join a multi-functional development team. You will design, build, and test software products that impact a global customer base, contributing to the future of monetary transactions and payment technology.

Responsibilities

• Design code and systems that influence internal standards for scalability, security, and reusability.
• Collaborate multi-functionally to create design artifacts and develop best-in-class software solutions.
• Contribute to product quality improvements and new business flows within agile squads.
• Develop robust and scalable products for merchants, B2B, and government solutions.
• Leverage innovative technologies to build next-generation payment services and transaction platforms.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge to understand requirements.
• Identify and contribute to development and solution strategies to improve interface design and functionality.
• Apply standard processes for programming languages to write code for website modifications.
• Collaborate to support the piloting of new technology capabilities.
• Analyze bugs and apply debugging tools to verify issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3 years of Adobe AEM / CQ5 experience implementing full cycle projects (AEM 6.2 or later).
• Experience with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework, Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, and Workflows.
• Experience with data and site migration in AEM.
• Familiarity with Multi Site Manager (MSM), Language Copy, and Dispatcher.
• Experience with multithreaded software design.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and participate in on-call rotations.
• Travel 5-10% of the time.
