About the Role
Manage OEM relationships and projects to support the OE business plan. Communicate customer requirements, expectations, technical gaps, and Goodyear's strategy and technologies. Assist cross-functional teams to meet customer technical expectations.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to gather OE tire development project information, including target specifications, technical feasibility, trends, expectations, concerns, and gaps.
- Relay customer information to tire development teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Communicate Goodyear's technologies and technical approaches to customers on behalf of the tire development team.
- Share information with OE Sales, Marketing, QA, and Manufacturing to ensure teamwork for engineering approvals and customer partnerships.
