About the Role

Exact Sciences is seeking a Product Manager MCED to define solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. This role involves defining roadmaps, driving product delivery, and managing the product lifecycle to ensure market success.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and delivery across multiple product areas or customer journeys, creating comprehensive product roadmaps that drive strategic objectives.
• Lead service design efforts across touchpoints, utilizing roadmaps to guide strategic decision making and product innovation aligned with user needs and business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of business cases and roadmaps, engaging senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for goals, priorities, and execution plans.
• Establish measurable objectives and monitor performance to guide iteration and success.
• Manage product scope and backlog across initiatives, balancing new development with on-market product enhancements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to elevate team capabilities and collaboration.
• Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
• Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
• Support on market product lifecycle management activities to assure maintenance of product market fit and market success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience leading product initiatives, such as managing multiple product areas, driving strategic initiatives, and influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
• Currently authorized to work in the country where work will be performed on a full or part-time basis.
• Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
• Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
