About the Role
The Service Desk Analyst provides 1st and 2nd line hardware and software support to end users, playing a crucial role in the success of a challenging and evolving company.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line hardware and software customer focused support to end users.
- Understand and utilize various technologies for application deployment, configuration, and support.
- Manage end-user desktop equipment, including PCs, laptops, and accessories.
- Manage printers and multifunction devices.
- Utilize Active Directory for user management.
- Support telephony platforms.
Requirements
- Educated in an IT related field or possess strong breadth and depth of relevant industry experience in a technical support position.
- Working towards CMNO, CCNA or equivalent.
