Responsibilities

  • Advise and manage a dedicated client portfolio within the Wealth Management segment.
  • Conduct structured strategy discussions to identify and capitalize on client needs and potentials.
  • Provide advice on simple client needs and escalate complex cases to experienced Wealth Management advisors or specialists.
  • Offer comprehensive investment advice covering all Wealth Management products and services.
  • Utilize sales skills to successfully close deals for simple client needs or refer clients for complex consultations.
  • Provide holistic advice, adhering to regulatory requirements for securities business.
  • Conduct structured strategy discussions using available tools, processes, and resources.
  • Develop client advisory skills through regular exchange and close collaboration with experienced team members, including tandem discussions.
  • Maintain personal client relationships to foster long-term client loyalty.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a bank clerk (Bankkauffrau/Bankkaufmann).
  • Further training and/or a degree are desirable.
  • Advisory experience in the private client sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MiFID-compliant advisory processes and product spectrum.
  • Sound knowledge of investments, including financial market developments.
  • Experience in appointment scheduling to maximize client potential.
  • High level of customer and service orientation.
  • Confident, competent, and friendly demeanor towards clients.
  • Enjoy working in a team.
  • Demonstrate initiative and assertiveness.
