About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities for assigned positions from application through offer.
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting metrics.
- Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment activities.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding documentation.
- Arrange equipment requests and employee building/security access.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding checklists to ensure a smooth transition.
- Coordinate exit interviews, system access removal, and return of company property.
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR and benefits questions.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and Open Enrollment.
- Support leave administration by directing employees to the appropriate resources.
- Maintain accurate employee information within the HRIS.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and appreciation events.
- Assist with company events, volunteer opportunities, wellness programs, and culture-building activities.
- Help create engaging employee communications that foster a positive workplace environment.
- Monitor performance review schedules and coordinate reminders.
- Track completion rates and prepare performance management reports.
- Coordinate employee building access, security credentials, and company property assignments.
- Activate and deactivate building access for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate security access records.
- Maintain employee files and HRIS records.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
- Support policy administration and employee communications.
- Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
