About the Role
We are looking for a casual Housekeeping Team Member to join our Environmental Services team at the Darlinghurst Campus. You will help keep our hospital clean, safe, and comfortable for patients, visitors, and staff. Training will be provided in hospital cleaning and infection control.
Responsibilities
- Clean rooms and public areas to a high standard.
- Provide cleaning services with extreme attention to detail.
Requirements
- Has experience in cleaning (hospital or hotel experience is helpful).
- Works well in a team or independently.
- Is reliable, punctual, hardworking, and well presented.
- Has good communication and people skills.
- Can plan work and manage time well.
- Can work weekdays, weekends, public holidays, mornings, and afternoons.
- Can use floor machines (polishers/scrubbers) — helpful but not required.
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have an Australia visa that grants the necessary work rights.
- Employment is conditional upon the completion of all role-required pre-employment checks, including relevant immunisations.

Salary/Compensations
- $36.39 per hour including 15% casual loading
