About the Role
Diagnose, repair, and refurbish e-bikes, including battery systems, head units, drive units, lighting systems, electronic sensors, and all mechanical bicycle components. Prepare e-bikes for delivery and maintain the existing fleet in optimal condition. Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality and e-bike conditions. Suggest and implement improvements to warehouse operations and workflow. Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety in all repair tasks.
