Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize client meetings, planning work, and follow-through.
  • Ability to clearly set expectations, timelines, and next steps with clients and partners.
  • Applies financial planning principles and communicates recommendations.
  • Aligns portfolios to client goals, risk tolerance, and long-term outcomes.

  • Communicates openly about development needs.
  • Adjusts approach to continuously improve advisory effectiveness.
  • Demonstrates awareness of strengths and limitations.

  • Escalates appropriately to serve clients well.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 license.
  • Active FINRA Series 66 license (or equivalent).
  • May be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment for certified and current CFP® designation or CFA® designation holders, verified before hire.
  • May be obtained within the first 120 days.
