About the Role
This is a one-year fixed tenure position, renewable for a further year, for promising scholars and educators close to completing or recently completed PhD qualifications, developing towards a lectureship. The role involves maintaining scholarship in management areas relevant to teaching, interacting with the faculty, participating in seminars, and establishing research collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a degree of scholarship in areas of management relevant to teaching assignments.
- Ensure high-quality teaching informed by current theory and practice.
- Interact with the faculty.
- Participate at seminars.
- Establish research collaborations.
Requirements
- Must be an internal employee at City St George's.
- Close to completing, or have recently completed, PhD qualifications.
