About the Role

We are building an in-house content studio to produce content that improves the financial lives of Canadians while driving brand recognition and growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will transform organizational expertise into distinctive, memorable content that educates and engages audiences. This hands-on role requires an experienced producer to take ownership of content creation and scale our reach to help close the financial education gap.

Responsibilities

Create relatable personal-finance and retirement-related stories that build trust.
Write and edit clear, compelling copy to simplify complex financial topics.
Help establish and lead an in-house content studio for video, podcast, written, and social media production.
Develop and maintain a library of content assets to improve production efficiency.
Adapt content voice, depth, and format to meet the needs of plan members.
Distribute content at scale across video, email, and social channels.
Collaborate with marketing, financial planning, product, and program teams to manage content schedules.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in content marketing, content production, or multimedia production.
Proven track record of growing audiences and building reach over time.
Hands-on experience with podcasting, short-form video, and YouTube.
Strong storytelling and writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Self-starter capable of owning content end-to-end in a fast-growing environment.
Proficiency with AI tools and a learning mindset for content production.
Must be local to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and comfortable with office attendance.
Portfolio submission required.
