About the Role

Provide administrative support to a senior MD of Sales and their direct reports within the Global Markets division, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management
  • Expense reporting
  • International and Domestic Travel Arrangements
  • Screening calls and acting as a gatekeeper
  • Meeting and event logistics coordination
  • Filing, faxing, and ad hoc project support

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Administrative Experience within Financial Services, preferably on a Trading Floor supporting a larger team.
  • BA Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual Japanese is preferred but not required
  • Flexibility to be available outside of business hours via blackberry
  • Applicants for this position in the Finance Division of NHA must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
