Provide administrative support to a senior MD of Sales and their direct reports within the Global Markets division, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management
- Expense reporting
- International and Domestic Travel Arrangements
- Screening calls and acting as a gatekeeper
- Meeting and event logistics coordination
- Filing, faxing, and ad hoc project support
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Administrative Experience within Financial Services, preferably on a Trading Floor supporting a larger team.
- BA Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual Japanese is preferred but not required
- Flexibility to be available outside of business hours via blackberry
- Applicants for this position in the Finance Division of NHA must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
