About the Role
Corpay is seeking a Sales Analyst to join the Sales & Data Transformation team, focusing on the Internation Vehicle Payments (IVP) line of business. This role is ideal for a commercially minded and analytical individual who can interpret sales, customer, and transaction data to provide actionable recommendations for improving sales performance. You will report to the Head of Sales Analytics and collaborate with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance across the full funnel, including lead generation, conversion, activation, sales revenue realization, customer attrition, channel effectiveness, and sales team productivity.
- Pull, organize, validate, and interpret data from data warehouse/sources to support sales analysis.
- Work with BI to clarify logic, definitions, and data quality.
- Own weekly and monthly recurring sales reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
- Translate analysis into clear insights, recommendations, tactics, and actions to improve sales performance and commercial outcomes.
- Help align metrics, data definition, reporting logic, and business interpretation across teams for consistent data usage.
- Support forecasting, planning, building business cases, and ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data, business context, and commercial performance across different markets, products, or business models.
- Relevant experience working with sales analytics, preferably in a high-transaction industry such as payments, credit cards, fleet, telecom, banking, financial services, SaaS, or similar.
- Strong business acumen and high attention to detail.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis in a simple, practical, and business-oriented way.
- Excellent MS Excel skills are a must.
- Intermediate SQL skills are preferred.
- Tableau/Power BI skills are an advantage.
