About the Role
Join Lewisham's cleaning service as an experienced relief cleaning operative. You will work with a team covering corporate buildings, parks, children centres, and other council-related buildings. A driver's license is required, and you must be able to physically perform the tasks outlined in the job description.
Responsibilities
- Cover corporate buildings, parks, children centres, and other council-related buildings.
- Work as part of a rota covering shifts from 06:00-14:00, 09:00-17:00, or 12:00-20:00.
- Travel across the Lewisham Borough.
- Work cohesively as part of a team or independently.
Requirements
- Must possess a driver's license.
- Must be able to physically carry out tasks listed within the job description.
- Must have rights to work documentation (i.e. Passport).
- Must be able to work flexibly and with very short notice.
- Must be able to carry out all tasks highlighted in the job description.
- Role is subject to a DBS check.
- Must be a hard worker.
- Must be a good communicator with good organisation skills.
- Must be a flexible worker able to work as part of a rota.
- Must be able to drive around the borough, sometimes at short notice.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Must be an excellent timekeeper.
