About the Role

Join Lewisham's cleaning service as an experienced relief cleaning operative. You will work with a team covering corporate buildings, parks, children centres, and other council-related buildings. A driver's license is required, and you must be able to physically perform the tasks outlined in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Cover corporate buildings, parks, children centres, and other council-related buildings.
• Work as part of a rota covering shifts from 06:00-14:00, 09:00-17:00, or 12:00-20:00.
• Travel across the Lewisham Borough.
• Work cohesively as part of a team or independently.

Requirements

• Must possess a driver's license.
• Must be able to physically carry out tasks listed within the job description.
• Must have rights to work documentation (i.e. Passport).
• Must be able to work flexibly and with very short notice.
• Must be able to carry out all tasks highlighted in the job description.
• Role is subject to a DBS check.
• Must be a hard worker.
• Must be a good communicator with good organisation skills.
• Must be a flexible worker able to work as part of a rota.
• Must be able to drive around the borough, sometimes at short notice.
• Must have an eye for detail.
• Must be an excellent timekeeper.
