About the Role

Responsibilities

• Build a world-class customer experience using React Native and Expo across iOS, Android, and web.
• Integrate AI into daily work and share patterns to improve team efficiency.
• Identify customer-centric opportunities for AI features, prototype, and implement them.
• Own end-to-end delivery, from problem identification and solution design to shipping mobile and backend code.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and support production systems.
• Maintain app performance, release processes, and production health.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and team best practices.
• Mentor and uplift team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production software.
• Deep expertise in React Native and Expo.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience using AI assistants in daily development workflows.
• Product-focused mindset, measuring success by customer impact.
• Solid understanding of mobile performance, app stability, release processes, and security.
• Attention to detail and a focus on user experience and craft.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and drive progress without explicit direction.
• Proficiency in writing automated tests.
• Demonstrated curiosity, energy, and a proactive approach to execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK and based in London.
