About the Role
CPA Ontario is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their inbound, non-sales call centre. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience and providing members and students with effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat.
- Deliver accurate information on CPA Ontario programs, services, fees, and status.
- Capture and record all communication, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Communicate key marketing messages and contribute to departmental metrics and team results.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related discipline.
- Experience in a customer service environment, skilled in telephone and electronic communication.
- Ability to handle calls and emails in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, email, and web browsers.
- Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Experience Level

- Prior experience in a contact centre handling inbound calls is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in an admissions, registration and / or membership dues capacity at a post-secondary educational institution, regulatory body or professional associate is an asset

- Post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Business or a related discipline.
Salary/Compensations
- $42,400 - $53,000 per annum
