About the Role

As a Care Team Supervisor, you will lead a team of dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate home care services. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and making a positive impact on the lives of patients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule personal care services, including coverage for absences
  • Maintain accurate client service records, plans of care, and caregiver schedules
  • Review and manage service authorizations and contract-specific requirements
  • Monitor reports to ensure accuracy in billing, payroll, utilization, and service delivery
  • Support branch growth initiatives and operational planning
  • Ensure compliance with all licensures, payer, contract, and regulatory standards
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to caregivers
  • Ensure caregiver compliance with trainings, certifications, and health assessments
  • Conduct caregiver orientations
  • Collaborate with payroll and timekeeping teams
  • Monitor daily service delivery and caregiver availability
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, case managers, and leadership
  • Represent the company professionally within the community

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong computer proficiency and documentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
  • Bilingual fluency may be required based on location
