About the Role
As a Care Team Supervisor, you will lead a team of dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate home care services. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and making a positive impact on the lives of patients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule personal care services, including coverage for absences
- Maintain accurate client service records, plans of care, and caregiver schedules
- Review and manage service authorizations and contract-specific requirements
- Monitor reports to ensure accuracy in billing, payroll, utilization, and service delivery
- Support branch growth initiatives and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with all licensures, payer, contract, and regulatory standards
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to caregivers
- Ensure caregiver compliance with trainings, certifications, and health assessments
- Conduct caregiver orientations
- Collaborate with payroll and timekeeping teams
- Monitor daily service delivery and caregiver availability
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, case managers, and leadership
- Represent the company professionally within the community
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer proficiency and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Bilingual fluency may be required based on location
