About the Role

As a Product Marketing Lead at Brex, you'll drive end-to-end storytelling for Brex products and customers. You'll lead product launches and go-to-market strategies, defining narratives, shaping positioning, creating cross-channel campaigns, and aligning the customer journey to convert pipeline and grow adoption. You are a maker who shapes strategy and builds work like landing pages, creative campaigns, videos, and pitch decks, with a passion for storytelling and understanding customer motivations.

Responsibilities

  • Build narrative, product positioning, and GTM strategy for Brex products and customer segments
  • Understand customers through research, sales call listening, and direct conversations to inform strategy and creative
  • Develop full-funnel marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales plays to optimize every stage of the journey
  • Concept and create sales and marketing assets (pitch decks, web pages, case studies, videos, and more)
  • Work with Sales Enablement to create training and resources that help reps win deals
  • Partner with Brand, Design, and Events to create compelling content experiences
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and achieve business goals

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product marketing (ideally at a B2B SaaS or fintech company)
  • 3+ years leading teams and/or cross-functional strategic initiatives involving executive-level stakeholders
  • Proven track record of translating features and products into compelling, customer-centric positioning, narratives, and campaigns
  • Ability to find the unique story that cuts through the noise and bring it to life across formats and channels
  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback
  • Customer-obsessed with deep empathy for the people you're marketing to
  • Expertise in market segmentation, personas, and customer journey mapping
  • Strategic thinker who executes tactically and works cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with AI tools for productivity and content creation
