About the Role
TSEs provide remote and on-site technical support for highly complex equipment malfunction, on-wafer issues, and performance enhancement programs. This role requires product specialization in MDP, MPKG, and ALD hardware, software, and systems, supporting the TSE MDP support organization within AGS.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple technical escalations, focusing on time to resolution and quality.
- Attend customer field issue meetings with FSO and collaborate with BU engineers.
- Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Publish Technical Lessons Learned, troubleshooting guides, and technical papers.
- Provide on-site coaching to FSO.
- Provide Alpha and Beta Site support.
- Support NPI development early in the product lifecycle and at key customer sites.
- Support BU DFx (Design for Service / Install) projects.
- Create or collaborate in the creation of innovative advanced troubleshooting tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.

- 5 years of experience with Applied Materials Endura products.
- Minimum 5 years of semiconductor fab experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and effectively manage difficult problems.
- Familiar with Microsoft Apps, SAP, VSPI, and ARK.
- English (written and verbal) language proficiency.
