About the Role
We have openings for experienced electricians, especially foreman and supervisory level Journeyman electricians, for high-profile commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings, including wiring, panels, circuits, motors, and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, using a variety of tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical installations and upgrades.
- Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems to improve performance or meet new requirements, such as adding outlets or equipment.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, to ensure the safety of the work environment.
- Work closely with other contractors, engineers, and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide on-call support for emergency electrical repairs, ensuring quick response and resolution of critical issues.
