About the Role

As a Global L&D Program Manager at Microsoft, you will drive program planning and development, foster collaboration, analyze program success, review content, and oversee program execution for Cloud Operations teams. You will design customized learning solutions, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and collaborate with internal and external partners, contributing to life-changing innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive global L&D initiatives, overseeing program strategy, execution, change management, consulting and facilitation.
  • Drive program execution and curriculum development tailored to cloud operational needs.
  • Design and implement programs that develop talent, enhance capabilities, and support organizational growth across global cloud operations.
  • Identify organizational learning needs, secure resources, engage senior stakeholders, and prioritize initiatives to maximize impact.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to assess trends, identify skill gaps, benchmark performance, and inform learning strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to understand and advocate for an always learning culture.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role in L&D consulting work, or management consulting (focused on L&D) with a proven track record of success in leading, managing high-priority workforce transformation and skilling programs and consulting work at a global scale for multinational companies, preferably in Technology/Datacenter with change management exposures.
  • Knowledgeable in organizational learning culture domains including employee engagement and retention, organizational development.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

  • Poland: zł 197,300.00 - zł 353,400.00 per year
  • Spain: € 53,000.00 - € 107,000.00 per year
